Georgian Topaz and Diamond Set Heart Pendant

Designed as a puffed heart pendant set to the front with old cut diamonds and a pear shaped foil back topaz, with rock crystal window to the reverse engraved ‘1878’, mounted in silver and gold, circa 1830
