Clifford Ross
In 2002, in an effort to photograph Mount Sopris in Colorado, Clifford Ross invented and received a patent for the R1 camera. In 2005, he designed and built the R2 360 degree video camera, as well as the i3 Digital Cyclorama. These digital innovations would eventually lead him to 3D computer generated animation and the creation of hi Harmonium Mountain pieces.
